Open the image
you want to use.
Edit/ Copy and
minimize for now.
On the duplicate:
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk:
Apply the 20-20 mask:

In the Layers palette:
Right-click on the group mask layer
and merge group.
Edit - Copy.
Leave this image for now.
Open a new transparent canvas, size 1024x350
(the height depends on which height you
choose for your image)
Go to Selections
--> Select All
Edit--> Paste
Into Selection
Adjust --> Blur
--> Gaussian Blur - Radius 30
Deselect
Effects -->
Reflection Effects --> Feedback - with all settings
on 100 and
"Elliptical" checked

Results:
PSP 8:

Effects -->
Image Effects --> Seamless tiles

Results: PSP 8:

Then go to
Effects -->Edge Effects --> Enhance.
Your canvas
should look something like this now:

On the Layers
palette duplicate this layer and
rename the
duplicate "masked layer".
Highlight raster 1 in the
Layers palette.

Edit - Paste as a new layer
(the image will still be in the memory)

Activate the top layer (which you renamed 'Masked Layer')
Apply the 20-20 mask again
with 'Invert' checked this time.
Merge the Group again in the Layers palette.
Activate the top layer in the Layer palette.
Adjust - Brightness/Contrast:

Reduce the opacity of this layer in the Layers palette
to 76% if you like.
Layers - Merge - Merge All.
Image - Resize: 90%
Repeat.
Image - Add borders:
1 pixel - black.
35 pixels - white.
Here's a quick way to do it if you are new to PSP :)
Right-click with the color picker on the
color setting in the borders window
and all your recent colors
will be there.

Select the border with the Magic Wand.
Open the original sunset image
that was minimized and does not have the
20/20 mask applied to it.
Edit - Copy.
Activate your canvas again.
Edit - Paste Into Selection.
Effects - Filter Effects -
Greg's Factory Output II - Pool shadow -
with the standard settings.
Selections - Select None.
Add a new Raster Layer and add some text
if you want to.
Remember to add your watermark!
And you're done!
