Open a new transparent canvas size 400x400


Open your tube and choose one light and one dark color from it.

Set your foreground on the silver pattern (provided in the zip file)

Angle 0         Scale 100.

Change the background into a gradient as shown below 

Angle 51;   Repeat 4;     Invert unchecked;      Style Radial

Go to your Preset Shape Tools and find the Div 38 shape.

Draw a shape from top left to bottom right.

Leave one little square of the background on all sides open.

In otherwords, don't fill the entire canvas.
Duplicate this layer.
Resize this duplicate layer to 85% (" Resize All Layers" unchecked)

Repeat this step until you have 5 layers in total. See the sample below.

Now select the second layer from the bottom( copy of raster 1). Go to Effects / Texture Effects / Mosaic Antique,

with these settings

  
Effects / Plugins / Fm tools / Blend Emboss.
  
Repeat the Mosaic Antique, as well as the Blend Emboss effects on

copy 3 of raster 1 ( the second layer from the top)
 

Merge Layers Visible and duplicate the merged layer

Image / Rotate / Free Rotate with these settings Left

Free 45 degrees

  
Merge layers visible.
Increase the Canvas size to  600x600 pixels

Add a new raster layer

Go to the Preset Shape tools and find the button21 preset

Draw a shape below the merged shape of more or less the same width. The color palette remains the same as for the previous shapes.

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen 1x

Use your Mover tool to position it where you want it.

Open your tube

Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste as New Layer onto the canvas.
Drag the tube and position it where you want it.

You might have to reduce its size to 85%

Add a new raster layer.

Activate your text tool and choose a font. I used Black Chancery size 48
Effects /  3D Effects / Drop Shadow

with these settings

Horizontal 3

Vertical 3

Opacity 60

Blur 6.91

  

Open your flower tube.
Edit / Copy.
Edit / Paste as New Layer in your canvas.
Position it on the name tag.

I have placed mine on the side.
Move this layer below the text-layer in the Layer palette.
 

Click with your color dropper tool on your dark color swatch to view the H ( Hue ) and S ( Saturation) values.

Press Ctrl +L on your keyboard to activate the Colorization popup-menu and type in the H and S values in there.
Duplicate this layer and drag the copy where you want it.

Resize the flower to 85% if needed.
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

The tag is finished.

Edit / Copy

Go to File / Jasc Software Products /Launch Animation Shop

In Animation Shop: go to Edit / Paste as New Animation
 

Go to:  File / Animation Wizard / Optimized Output

Click -->next 

Next window: Optimization versus Output Size:

 Click on Customize in this window.

A toolbar with three tags will open:

Click on the Partial Transparency Tab and choose these settings below:

The color should be #C0C0C0 ( light grey)-

or click on the color to change it. Click Ok.

Follow the "next" options until "finish"

Save your image in Animation Shop

Your tag is finished  ;-)
