Open a new transparent image 500x311 pixels
Choose two colors from your tube
I used #B5948F as foreground and #F6DBC6 as background
  
Fill the canvas with the light color

Add a new raster layer  
Go to your Brush Tool and find the  "Joyce Brush"
Change your colors around so that the dark color is the foreground color.

Click twice on the canvas with the brush.

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
  
Effects / Plugins / I.C.Net Software's Filters Unlimited / Edges,Square/ Square edge 13
    

    
Effects / Plugins / Fotomatic / Skygrad. I used the settings below,

but you can choose your own  

Edit / Copy ( so that it is placed in the memory - we all sometimes need it ;-)

Layers / New Raster Layer
Fill this layer with your light color
Drag this layer below the merged layer
  X-out the merged layer and activate the bottom layer

Selections / Select All
Layers / New Raster layer
Edit / Paste Into Selection
You still have the same borders, but we're going to change that now.

Selections / Select None 

Go to your Smudge Brush
    
  

Change the settings as seen below

Size 71 Hardness 50 Step 25

Density 100 Thickness 100

Rotation 0 Opacity 100

 
We're going to smudge the borders by clicking on the purple border and smudging it to the outside. Left click with your mouse button and keep it pressed in. Drag the purple border color around and smudge the borders a bit as seen in the example. 

   

    
Adjust / Blur / Gausian Blur 3
Make the merged layer visible again and activate it. Resize this layer to 90% and make sure "Resize All Layers" is unchecked.  
Effects/ 3D Effects / Drop Shadow

    
    
Repeat the drop shadow but change Hor. to 2 and Vert. to 3
 
Effects/ Plugins / FM tile tools/ Blend Emboss  x 1
  
Open your tube

Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste as New Layer onto your canvas

Resize to 73% - all layers unchecked - and position it. You can reduce the size again with 73% if you feel like it.

Effects / Plugins / Fotomatic/ Skygrad - with the same settings
 
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract by 10 Pixels
Effects /Plugins / NVR Bordermania/ Frame 2 with these settings  

  
    
Selections/ Select All and repeat the Border Mania effect

Selections / Select None

Your tag is finished. We can add the text now.

Layers / New Raster layer.

Activate your Text Tool and choose a font.

I used  "LainieDaySH" size 72

I changed the colors around so that the

foreground was the dark color and the background

was the light color.  

Effecten/3D Effects / Drop Shadow    

    
Repeat the Fotomatic - Skygrad effect on the text.

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Resize image to 85% and you're done ;-)
