Use preferably a square image.

Reduce the size to 240 in height

Choose two colors from the image:

foreground: dark

background: light

Change your background to gradient,

with these settings:

Open a new transparent image of 400 x 400 pixels

Fill with the dark color.

Add a new raster layer

and fill with the gradient.

Layers -- Load/Save Mask--

Load mask from Disk,

find the joyce mask,

apply with these settings:
      
Delete the mask layer and

reply  "yes" to the question.

Layers -- Merge -- Merge Group.

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow,

with these settings:

     
Adjust -- Sharpness -- Sharpen
   
Layers -- new raster layer

Selections -- Load from Disk,

find the Dia5 Sel and apply

Fill with your gradient.

Selections -- Select none.

Layers -- Arrange -- Move Down

Effects -- Distortion Effects -- Wind,

with these settings:

From the left, wind strength - 100.

  Drag this layer to fit to the mask's edge.  

   
Layers -- Duplicate

Image -- Flip

Activate your tube

Copy and paste onto the canvas as new layer.

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow,

with the same settings as before.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

Go back to your tube

and use the selection tool to select

 a nice part of the image.

Copy and paste as new image.

Reduce to size to 128 pixels in height.

Add a 1 pixel border in your dark color.

Edit -- Copy

Edit -- Paste as new layer onto your canvas.

Position it to fit on the mask,

as seen in my tag example above.

Make sure your top layer is active.

Add a new raster layer

Activate your Brush tool

and find the lynd04-031 003 brush,

with these settings:

   
Click in the top left corner with your dark color

(x100 and y 150 you see these

settings bottom toolbar)

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow,

with these settings:

    
Change the opacity of this layer to 50%

Duplicate this layer

Image -- Flip

Image -- Mirror

Merge All Layers

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Buttonize,

with these settings:

You can add your text now.

I used the "LainieDaySH"-font, size 72.

I repeated the same drop shadow on the letters.
