Open your tube,

resize it to 400 pixels in height,

and choose two colors from it:

Foreground: light

Background: dark.
  Change your foreground to gradient,

with these settings:

  

  Open a new canvas of 500 x 400 pixels

Fill with the gradient,

Activate your Selection tool and choose the

rectangle.

Click on the Custom selection...
  

  
... and fill in these values:

  
Fill the selection with your background gradient,

with these settings:

Selections -- Deselect
 

Add a new raster layer

Effects -- Distortion Effects -- Wind:

wind strength 100, from the right.

Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools --

Blend Emboss,

with the standard settings.

Effects -- Edge Effects -- Enhance.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%
 

Add a new raster layer

Activate your Selection tool

Click on the Custom selection again,

and fill in these values:  
 

Fill this selection with your foreground color.

Deselect.

Layers -- Arrange -- Send to bottom

Duplicate this layer

Image -- Mirror

Effects -- Filter Effects --

DSB Flux - Linear Transmission,

with these settings:
  

  
Effects -- Distortion Effects -- Wind,

with these settings:

Wind strength- 100

wind direction- to the right.

Effects -- Edge Effects -- Enhance.

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow,

with these settings:

 Activate raster 3 in your layers palette

( highlight in blue)

If it worked out it should be

the second layer from the bottom.

Effects -- Texture Effects -- Mosaic Glass,

with these settings:

  
Activate your copy of raster layer 3

in your layers palette

(it should be the second layer from the top)

Duplicate this layer

Effects -- Filter Effects -- Filter Factory B - Circulator,

with these settings:
  

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Cutout,

with these settings:

Layers -- Arrange -- Move down

Repeat this step 1x.

Activate your top layer in your layers palette

Add a new raster layer
  
Selections -- Load/Save from Disk,

find the Joyce39 selection and apply
Fill this selection with the background gradient.

Deselect.

Effects -- Filter Effects -- Tormentia -- Criss Cross

with these settings:
  

  
Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow,

with these settings:

Vertical: 3

Horizontal: 3

Opacity: 44

Blur: 16.00

Color: black  
  
Add a new raster layer

Selections -- Load/Save -- Load from Disk,

find the Joyce39a selection and apply

Fill the selection with the background gradient.

Deselect

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow
Vertical: 1

Horizontal: 1

Opacity: 37

Blur: 1.00

Color: black  
 

Activate your tube.

Copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas.
 It should fit in perfectly ;-)

Position it in front of the circle.

Effects -- 3D Effects --Drop Shadow,

with these settings:

3-3-44-16

Now you can add your text on a new raster layer.

I chose the " Lady Ice"- font, size 48

and added my text vertically.

I also inverted the gradient.

I added a drop shadow:

1,-1, 50, 2.
  
Merge all layers.

Effects -- Filter Effects --

Bordermania,

with the two top slidebars on 2-2

 And then you're finally finished ;-)

Remember to add your watermark and to reduce

the size of your image.
