Now that we have everything we can begin :)

 

  1.  Open your tube and open a new image of 1024x450 pixels
     
  2. Choose two colors from your image. I used 708D9B as foreground,
    and 526876 as background colors.
     
  3. Filll your canvas with the foreground color.
     
  4. Go to Effects -> Filters -> Mura Meister -> Cloud, and change the top setting to 50 - as seen below:


     
  5. Layers -> New Raster Layer. Fill with the dark background color.
     
  6. Layers -> Load Mask from Disk, and find the Zeewatermasker, with these settings:

     

     

    Mask settings:

     

    Create mask from:

    Source luminance

     

    Orientation:

    Fit to Canvas

     

    Invert Transparency: disabled

     

    Show All Mask

  7. On your Layers palette: right click on the mask layer and click delete.
    Reply "Yes" to the question.
     
  8. On the Layers palette again: right click on the Group mask layer and choose Merge -> Merge Group
     
  9. Activate your image/tube.
     
  10. Edit -> Copy.
     
  11. Go to your Background canvas and Edit -> Paste as New Layer.
    The image will be be pasted right in the center of the canvas.
     
  12. Go to Effects -> Filters -> Flaming Pear -> Flood, with these settings:
     

    (You can change only the top setting in the Flood filter, depending on your image)

    Flaming Pear's Flood Settings:

    View:
    • Horizon: 63
    • Offset: 39
    • Perspective:64
    • Attitude: 86

    Waves:

     

    • Waviness: 26

    • Complexity: 43

    • Brilliance: 49

    • Blur: 20

    Ripple:

    • Size: 21

    • Height: 0

    • Undulation: 51

  13. Effects -> 3D Effects -> Drop Shadow, with these settings:
    Vertical and Horizontal Offset 2;
    Opacity 72;
    Blur 37.5;
    Color Black


     
  14. On your Tools palette, choose the Preset Shape Tools, and find the div.45 preset Shape. Lock your foreground color


     
  15. Go to Layers -> New Raster Layer . Draw the shape from the top left corner to the same height as your image.
     
  16. Go to Effects -> Mura's Seamless -> Emboss at Alpha ( default settings) - OK


     
  17. Go to Effects -> Flaming Pear -> Flood, and shift the top setting to the center - mine was set on 56.
     
  18. Go to Effects -> 3D Effects -> Drop Shadow, all settings on 1, and Opacity on 50.
     
  19. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50% on the Layers Palette


     
  20. Right-click on this layer in the Layer Palette, and duplicate.
     
  21. Go to Image -> Mirror
     
  22. Go to Layers -> Merge -> Merge All
     
  23. Go to Effects -> Image Effects -> Seamless Tiles, with thse settings:



     
  24. The Image is finished, You can add it to the scroll.
